Frank Martin

Frank Martin started their work experience at Caltrans in 1991 as a Senior Bridge Engineer, and worked there until 2001. During this time, they also held roles as a Transportation Engineer from 1993 to 1998. In 2001, they joined Psomas as a Project Manager for Program/Construction Management. From 2002 to 2016, they served as the Vice President of Transportation at Psomas.

From 1986 to 1991, Frank Martin attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering.
