Hailey Hathaway began their work experience in 2017 as a Guest Service Team Lead at Target, where they worked until October 2019. In 2018, they joined the CSUF Career Center Engineering & Computer Science as a Mathematics Physics Tutor and remained in that role until June 2021. Currently, they are working as an Office Engineer at Psomas, starting in June 2021.
Hailey Hathaway attended Cal State Fullerton College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics from 2017 to 2022. During this time, they pursued a degree in civil engineering with a specialization in construction engineering.
