Michelle Bever, PE has had a progressive career in engineering and project management.

Michelle began their career as an intern at Psomas in May 2006 and continued in this role until May 2008.

In June 2008, Michelle joined Turner Construction Company as an Engineer. Michelle worked at Sky Harbor Airport, where they were responsible for reviewing submittals, writing scopes of work, preparing contracts, and interviewing and comparing sub-contractors. Michelle worked in this role until April 2009.

In June 2009, Michelle joined Matson as an Accounts Receivable professional. Michelle was responsible for recording and documenting incoming payments for shipments. Michelle also researched missing payments or payments that were recorded incorrectly. Michelle stayed in this role until August 2010.

Returning to Psomas in October 2010, Michelle took on the role of an Engineering Designer. Michelle worked in this position until December 2014 when they became a Professional Engineer. As a Professional Engineer, they contributed to various engineering projects until October 2017.

From October 2017 to January 2020, Michelle served as a Project Engineer at Psomas. Michelle then moved on to the role of Assistant Project Manager in January 2020 and subsequently became a Project Manager in July 2021.

Throughout their career, Michelle has gained experience in engineering design, project management, and accounts receivable.

Michelle Bever, PE, holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution, from 2004 to 2008. Michelle has also achieved additional certifications related to their field of expertise. In 2008, they obtained the Engineer-in-Training certification from the Arizona Board of Technical Registration. Subsequently, in 2013, they became an Envision Sustainability Professional, certified by the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure. Finally, in 2014, Michelle obtained the Professional Engineer certification from the Arizona Board of Technical Registration.
