Monika Bowden is a seasoned professional in business development and client services with extensive experience in the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as Vice President, Principal, and Program Manager for Client Services at Psomas since April 2015, Monika leads business development efforts for the Project and Construction Management Group, focusing on client engagement, strategy development, proposal writing, and interview training. Prior to Psomas, Monika spent over 16 years at Harris & Associates as a Business Development Manager, where responsibilities included managing operations for the Transportation and Water/Wastewater markets and collaborating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives. Monika began the career in marketing coordinator roles at various firms, including AECOM, HNTB, HMC Architects, and Dean Ryan Consultants.
