Project Manager at Psomas

Paul Garry has a diverse work experience in the field of urban planning and land use entitlements. Paul started their career at Psomas in 2005, initially as a Senior Project Manager and later transitioning into the role of Project Manager. At Psomas, they were a part of the Planning and Entitlement Team and managed various development projects for private developers in different jurisdictions. Paul demonstrated the ability to coordinate with applicants, consultants, public agencies, and planning departments.

In 2009, Paul joined the City of Rosemead as a Senior Planner, where they worked until 2011. Following that, they worked at the City of El Segundo for a significant portion of their career from 1990 to 2005, also as a Senior Planner.

Paul's extensive experience in the private sector combined with their background in land use entitlements and urban planning make him a valuable asset for both public agencies and private planning firms.

Paul Garry completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UCLA in 1987. Afterward, they pursued a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 1987 to 1988.
