Perla Berry

Perla Berry is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community relations and military leadership. Currently serving as a Plans Officer in the United States Army Reserve since March 2020, Perla previously held the role of Community Relations Manager at Psomas. From November 2015 to August 2019, Perla served as a Commissioned Captain and Company Commander in the United States Army Reserve, where command of a company of over 80 soldiers involved strategic planning and logistics for training events. Prior experience includes Community Relations Manager positions with The Walsh Group and Stantec, focusing on community outreach programs for multi-million dollar construction projects. Perla began the career with a role as Acting Community Relations Officer at the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, overseeing community relations activities and project management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration from California State University, Los Angeles.
