Randy Cheney, PE, graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona in 2011. They began their career as an intern at W.E. O'Neil Construction from 2008 to 2009 and later worked as a Civil Engineer at DOWL HKM from 2011 to 2012. Randy progressed through various roles at Southwest Gas Corporation from 2016 to 2020, ultimately becoming an Engineer II. Currently, they serve as a Senior Project Engineer at Psomas, having held the position of Assistant Project Manager there from 2020 to 2025.
