Travis Martin

Designer / Part 107 Suas Pilot at Psomas

Travis Martin has a diverse work experience starting in 1997 when they served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps until 2001. Following this, they worked as an Armed Security Officer at CBI Security Services from 2001 to 2003. In 2003, they transitioned to Diamond Design and Land Surveying, where they worked as a Draftsman and Instrument Man until 2004. Travis then moved on to Psomas in 2004, where they served as a Designer until 2006. Travis subsequently joined Arpen Engineering as a Designer from 2006 to 2008. Currently, they are working at Psomas as a Designer and also holds the role of Part 107 sUAS Pilot.

Travis Martin's education history includes several academic achievements. From 2001 to 2003, they attended ITT Technical Institute-Murray and earned an Associates of Applied Science degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design. Following this, Travis attended ITT Technical Institute-Murray again from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Industrial Design. Later, from 2010 to 2013, Travis enrolled in Salt Lake Community College and successfully completed an Associates of Applied Science degree in Geomatics/Surveying Technology. In addition to their academic endeavors, Travis has also obtained a certification as a Commercial Pilot (CP) Part 107 sUAS from the Federal Aviation Administration in July 2018.
