PSR Talent Solutions is the U.S. sister company of PSR Solutions in the UK, a construction recruitment specialist with over two decades of industry experience.
Building on that foundation, we focus exclusively on heavy civil and infrastructure hiring across the United States.

We support contractors delivering major highway, transportation, and public works programs, including projects along the I-35 corridor, by connecting them with proven civil professionals who understand DOT-regulated environments, schedule-driven programs, and complex field operations.

Our expertise includes:

• Project Executives & Construction Managers
• Project Managers & Superintendents
• Field Engineers & Estimators
• Site-critical technical professionals

We partner with contractors to plan workforce needs across the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through final delivery, providing market insight, salary benchmarking, and targeted talent mapping to support successful project outcomes.

This isn’t general construction staffing.
This is heavy civil recruitment delivered with precision.

If you’re building an infrastructure team or exploring your next opportunity in heavy civil, we’re ready to support you.
