David Blain

David Blain began their work experience as a Mortgage Banker at Ralph C. Sutro Co. in 1978. David continued in this role until 2001 when they joined Pacific Southwest Realty Services as a Vice President. At Pacific Southwest Realty Services, David worked as a Commercial Mortgage Banker, serving as a correspondent for major life insurance companies. David remained at Pacific Southwest Realty Services until the present.

David Blain has a strong educational background in the field of Business Administration. David attended the University of Southern California from 1970 to 1974, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration. Following this, they pursued further education at the same university and obtained a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree from 1974 to 1975. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification as a Licensed California Real Estate Broker in June 1975.
