Thomas R. has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as Vice President at PSRS. Prior to that, they worked as an Online Hitting Trainer and Marketing and Hitting Trainer Intern at Driveline Baseball Enterprises, Inc. Thomas also gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Gantry. Earlier in their career, Thomas worked in Gym Operations at Driveline Baseball Enterprises, Inc. and served as the Manager of Operations at Ambridge Event Center.

Thomas R. completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management and Marketing at Montana State University Billings in 2022. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2021, they attended Westmont College where they focused on Business and Economics, although they did not obtain a degree from this institution. In terms of additional certifications, Thomas obtained a California Real Estate Salesperson License from the California Department of Real Estate in July 2023.
