Michael Ferguson has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and electronics. Michael started their career in 1991 as an Air Traffic Control Communications Technician in the United States Marine Corps. After leaving the Marines in 1996, they worked as an Electronics Technician at Speas Tech, Inc. from 1999 to 2000. Michael then became an RF Engineer at Alltel Wireless from 2000 to 2001. Following this, they worked as an Electrical Engineer at Controlled Automation, Inc. from 2001 to 2004. From 2004 to 2011, they served as an Electronic Design Engineer at Audio International. In 2011, they worked as an Electrical Engineer at General Cable for a brief period. From 2012 to 2020, they held the position of Electrical Design Engineer at Batson Inc. In 2020, they joined AECOM as an Electrical Engineer, where they worked until 2021. Michael is currently employed as an Electrical Engineering Specialist at Safe Foods Corporation.

Michael Ferguson earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1993, they attended the Naval Air Technical Training Center and achieved the distinction of Honor Graduate while studying Marine Air Traffic Control Communications Technician.
