Christopher Rivera (PMP)

Christopher Rivera has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Christopher is currently the Director of Engineering at PS Technology. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Product and Engineering at Integrated Auction Solutions (IAS), where they led product development teams and designed innovative features for the company's products. Christopher also managed the development process for migrating to Amazon Web Services and implementing Agile methodologies. Before IAS, Christopher worked at Whann Technologies Group as a Sr Software Developer/Product Manager, where they expanded the capabilities of the flagship software product and implemented a REST API. Christopher also has experience as a Software Support Manager at Eagle Automation and as an IT Manager at Gulf States Auto Auction. Christopher's work experience showcases their expertise in product and engineering leadership, software development, and project management.

Christopher Rivera (PMP) began their education in 2001 at the University of West Florida, where they pursued a degree in Information Technology. Christopher later attended Pensacola State College from 2003 to 2004, earning an Associate of Arts - AA degree.

In addition to their educational background, Christopher has obtained several certifications. In January 2023, they completed the Python Data Structures certification from Codefinity. Christopher also obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in the same month and year. Christopher further enhanced their skills and knowledge in April 2023 by obtaining the Google Associate Cloud Engineer certification through Google Cloud Skills Boost. Finally, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2023.
