Steve Schramm

Steve Schramm serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Physicians of Southwest Washington and MultiCare Health System. Previously, they held senior roles at various healthcare organizations, including positions as Vice President of Finance and CFO at QualChoice Health, and Regional Vice President at Catholic Health Initiatives. Their extensive career in healthcare finance began at Arthur Andersen, focusing on audit and consulting. Steve developed and executed managed care strategies that significantly increased net revenues across multiple health systems while also managing internal audit functions and business performance improvements. They are currently pursuing a degree in Accounting at the University of Washington.
