Vanessa Hirsch-Angus has over 12 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Vanessa co-founded and serves as the Chief Operating Officer of PsycApps Digital Mental Health Games, where they use gaming, psychology, and AI to create mobile therapy solutions for individuals with mental health disorders. Prior to this, Vanessa was the Chief People and Transformation Officer at Innovation Group Limited, where they led the company's global people strategy and transformation program. Vanessa also worked as the Managing Director at Morgan Keating Ltd, a specialized recruitment company in the Health, Wellbeing, and Employee Benefits sector. Vanessa has extensive experience in customer service, having served as the Customer Service Director at AXA Global Healthcare and the Head of Customer Service at AXA PPP healthcare. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in leadership, change management, and operational efficiency.

Vanessa Hirsch-Angus attended the University of Bristol from 1991 to 1995, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (hons) degree. Vanessa studied Spanish, German, and European Politics during this time.
