Psych Safety Day: Open Space

May 6, 2026 | Online | 11–1 PM EST

No slides. No panels.
Just the conversations about psychological safety that practitioners actually want to explore.

What is Open Space?

Born from a coffee break. Built to encourage co-creation.

“What if a conference felt like the most meaningful conversations
that happen during the break?”

The idea is simple: the participants create the agenda, in real time.

Follow the conversations that pull you. If one stops serving you, click to another. That's not rude, it's the whole point.

Quick debriefs after each round so you learn from every conversation. Less FOMO, more JOMO.
