Zappy Zapolin completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Boston University from 1986 to 1988. Prior to that, they attended Georgia Institute of Technology from 1984 to 1986, specializing in Management. Zapolin later pursued further education at Harvard Business School, where they became an alumni from 2001 to 2004.
