The Psychedelic Guide Network (PGN) is a global community and professional development platform for psychedelic guides, therapists, and facilitators committed to scaling integrity in a rapidly evolving field.

As psychedelic medicine expands into mainstream awareness, PGN exists to ensure that ethical depth, relational accountability, and embodied leadership evolve alongside it. We believe that the future of healing is not built on protocols alone, it is cultivated through presence, self-awareness, and community reflection.

At the heart of PGN are our InnerEthics Wisdom Circles—peer-led consultation groups rooted in the InnerEthics® model developed by Kylea Taylor. These circles offer a structured, compassionate space for guides to explore real cases, surface blind spots, and strengthen their capacity to facilitate with integrity. Rather than hierarchical supervision, we emphasize mutual reflection, shared responsibility, and the ongoing practice of ethical self-inquiry.

PGN brings together a diverse ecosystem of practitioners. From licensed clinicians to indigenous practitioners, space holders, and integrative healers, creating a rare environment where perspectives intersect and elevate one another. This cross-disciplinary collaboration allows for a richer, more nuanced understanding of what it means to hold psychedelic work responsibly.

Beyond Wisdom Circles, PGN offers mentorship, training, live events, and a growing resource library designed to support guides at every stage of their path—from emerging facilitators to seasoned practitioners. Our programs are designed not only to build skill, but to deepen alignment between who someone is and how they serve.

We are not just building a network, we are cultivating a new standard of care.

Because in this work, who you are is the medicine. And integrity is what allows it to heal.
