Psychiatric Report Ltd is a UK-based medico-legal psychiatry service providing independent psychiatric expert evidence for use in legal proceedings.

The service works with solicitors across England and Wales and provides psychiatric reports prepared by GMC-registered consultant psychiatrists, in accordance with CPR Part 35 and relevant Practice Directions.

Psychiatric Report was established in 2012 and is led by clinicians with extensive experience in NHS psychiatry and medico-legal work. The service was developed to provide a clear, professional route for obtaining psychiatric expert evidence that assists the court and withstands procedural scrutiny.

Psychiatric Report focuses exclusively on medico-legal psychiatry and operates independently of clinical treatment services.
