Lesa Wright

Lesa Wright is the Chief AI Officer and Consultant Psychiatrist at Psychiatry-UK Ltd, where they lead AI-driven transformations in mental health services. With over a decade of experience in software development and strategic technology leadership, Lesa has played a pivotal role in scaling clinical systems to serve over 150,000 patients and transforming Psychiatry-UK into the UK’s most AI-enabled platform. Their work includes contributions to national regulatory processes and a focus on clinical quality assurance and AI governance. Lesa has also served as a consultant psychiatrist in the NHS and has led initiatives such as TwynBrain's entry to the IBM Watson AI XPRIZE. They hold a Master's degree in Psychiatry from Cardiff University and an MRCPsych from the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
