Psychologia: Forum for Mental Wellbeing provides assistance and services in the area of psychological well-being. The services provided by the centre ranges from individual to group level counseling and psychotherapy to deal with psychological issues whether clinical in nature or otherwise. Through workshops and seminars it also aims at assisting in sharpening skills and techniques in psychological interventions for the related professionals and students of the field. Psychologia is also passionate about creating Mental Health Awareness, to eradicate the stigma around it and make mental healthcare more accessible. We are also venturing into schools, corporates to run mental wellness programs.

Philosophy:

We believe every individual, family and society has the potential to cope with their adversities and difficult times and circumstances. However, a long standing fight with the problems and stresses exhaust their effective recourses. Additionally life in a metropolitan city like Mumbai has broken the social connectivity which has been a natural support earlier. This is a crucial time and phase where one needs support and guidance. Hence, scientifically guided psychological counseling and therapy can help deal with an array of minor to major problems of self, family and society contributing to better future outcomes. Psychologia stands at the crossroads to elevate the potential of a person by guiding them through this distress.

Vision:

Psychologia envisions being the most valuable contributor of psychological services and interventions that promote the psychological, social, and emotional wellbeing of the individuals and communities. It envisions creating a future where everyone receives appropriate and optimum mental health care so that they can live a life of fulfilment, with support, acceptance and care.

Goal:

Psychological counselling is a skilled use of relationship to facilitate self-knowledge, emotional acceptance and growth for development of personal resources. Psychologia aims to elevate the potential of a person by guiding them through distress. The goal is to transform and construct but not to inform and instruct.
