We are an esteemed provider of mental health training packages, ranging from mental health first aid training to mindfulness courses among a plethora of other excellent services. We have worked with several large corporations, and we tailor our courses to your individual business needs. 

PsychologyWales also delivers the MoodMaster group programme, designed to improve psychological robustness and support people in addressing stress, anxiety and low mood in a straightforward, understandable, weekly format.
