The Certificate in Psychosynthesis Leadership Coaching (CPLC) leads to EMCC coach accreditation at Senior Practitioner level. New online and in-person London programmes start in October 2025. 

The short course and the Holistic Coaching Practitioner programme leads to EMCC Coach Accreditation at Practitioner level. New online programme starts September 2025.

We also offer Team Coaching and Group Dynamics (TCGD) training (in process of EMCC TCQA accreditation) and The Embodied Supervisor Training (EMCC Senior Practitioner ESQA).

The psychosynthesis coaching community is growing, with more than 300 participants having graduated from our programmes. We welcome any coaches who are interested in a psychospiritual or depth approach to get involved through this LinkedIn page.

Alongside running coach training programmes, we also play a role in promoting Psychosynthesis Coaching to leaders in organisations, create a focal point for the community of practicing psychosynthesis coaches, provide professional support and supervision services to coaches as well as engage in the broader development of the coaching profession.
