Amber Neely, MS, BCBA, possesses over 15 years of experience in Behavior Analysis and healthcare operations, dedicated to enhancing care quality and operational efficiency within the sector. Starting as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Amber developed skills in assessment and intervention before moving into management roles, where they implemented robust processes and trained staff to ensure effective service delivery. Currently serving as the Director of Specialty Operations at PsychPlus, Amber focuses on developing innovative operational processes and software workflows to enhance patient experiences. In addition to their professional accomplishments, Amber holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from California State University, Bakersfield, a Master of Science in Counseling from Capella University, and is pursuing a Data Science degree from Harvard University.
