Shelby S. is a seasoned healthcare executive with a strong focus on clinical operations, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at PsychPlus. Since joining the organization in 2022 as the Head of Human Resources, Shelby has effectively managed a network of over 10 clinic locations and has overseen human resources functions. With a strategic leadership approach, they have developed and implemented more than 20 operational processes which have contributed to the overall success of the organization.
