Psychedelic substances show real promise for mental health conditions including depression, PTSD and addiction. But most experiences happen outside clinical settings, without any structured support. Research shows that a meaningful minority encounter challenging effects that can last months or even years. And the rapid, unregulated growth of psychedelic services has brought credible reports of ethical violations and abuse.

Rigorous, accessible and community based integration support is not a luxury. It is a necessity.

Psyflow is a free grassroots psychedelic integration network. Our mission is to foster wellbeing and connection by pioneering an accessible and inclusive space where we cultivate a spirit of fellowship.

Free. Decentralized. Built from lived experience, emerging scientific research and lovingkindness.

We meet in small group sessions, two hours a week, for ten weeks. We offer meditation, somatic practices, IFS informed work, ACT informed exercises and elements of traditional Chinese medicine. A journey through the five elements. A model grounded in current best practice recommendations for psychedelic integration, emphasizing meaning making, embodiment, contemplative practice and community support. Sessions available in Spanish and English, with members from across Europe and LATAM.

We are fellow travelers trained to hold space with non judgment and compassion. No gurus. No hierarchies. Just community.

If you have had a psychedelic experience and feel there is still something to integrate, this space is for you.

If you are a therapist in the psychedelic field and think your clients could benefit from peer support integration groups, feel free to reach out.

If you work in mental health, psychedelic therapy or harm reduction, we would love to collaborate.
