Jen Butler

Jen Butler, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Psyop, a position held since May 2022, following a diverse career in human resources across several organizations. Prior roles include serving as a Sr. HRIS Analyst and Human Resources Coordinator at Anuvu, where responsibilities encompassed implementing employee self-service models, managing HR teams, and optimizing HRIS systems. Previous experience at Chewy involved conducting new employee orientations and overseeing Time and Attendance systems for numerous employees.
