Theguh Octarioo

Theguh Octarioo is an experienced HSEQ inspector currently employed at PT Jasa Kita Bersama since October 2021. Responsibilities include validating JSA details, performing safety checks, coordinating hazard control with Pertamina, and ensuring the safety of tools used in the workplace. Previously, as an HSSE Officer, duties involved daily validation of JSA and Permits, conducting safety talks, and making inspection reports on PPE and safety equipment. Additionally, Theguh has worked as a Field Operations Engineer at PT. Enviromate Technology International since August 2017, overseeing machine checks and maintenance, and generating daily reports. In a short-term role as Health Safety Environment Supervisor at PT. Manorian Engineering Prakarsa from June to August 2023, Theguh updated safety documentation, ensured PPE adequacy, and provided training on emergency response. Theguh holds a high school diploma from SMA S Pembangunan Bukittinggi, graduated in May 2013.
