Far East Seating was first registered in January 2012, as a PMA Company (100% Foreign Investment company), with facilities located in Semarang, Indonesia.

As a specialist seating company, we are focused on all aspects of seating, including chairs, stools, benches, sofas. The company manages a successful dining chair program with the majority of our product going to the US residential market. More recently, we have placed more emphasis on soft furnishings, developing a range of sofas, lounge chairs, accent pieces and others for both residential and commercial application.

The company comprises some of the best local furniture skills available in the area, with almost all our employees having a proven track record working with High-end export quality product. The shareholders, Lee Wo Fun and David Howard Smith have both acquired a very long history of furniture experience.
Compliance and Environmental issues are in the forefront with us. We only use legally harvested plantation woods, and other materials are compliant with the most common consumer safety standards.
