Barry Shepard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process engineering and technician roles spanning over four decades in the plastics industry. Currently serving as a Process Engineer at PTA Plastics since March 2023, Barry specializes in processing engineering for New Product Introductions (NPI) and is responsible for training new technicians. In addition, since December 2021, Barry has been involved with Loveland Ski Areas as an Adaptive PSIA Level II and children's specialist instructor, focusing on ski instruction for individuals with physical and cognitive challenges. Barry's prior roles include Process Technician at Relucent Plastics Solutions and a series of positions at Trelleborg, Denver Plastics Colorado, Caroba Plastics, and Tenere, where a strong emphasis was placed on high-temperature materials, injection molding, and logistics. Education includes a Basic Supply Chain degree from APICS and studies at Oakton College.
