Matt Saunders has extensive experience in the plastics industry, currently serving as the Business Development Manager at PTA Plastics since August 1996. In this role, Matt is focused on supporting existing accounts and identifying new customers in the Midwest region, leveraging a diverse skill set to enhance the customer experience throughout the production process. Prior positions at PTA Plastics include Project Manager, where Matt effectively managed project timelines and communications; Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on process improvement and lean manufacturing; and Injection Mold Designer, providing crucial design assistance and project support. Earlier in Matt's career, experience was gained at Wahl Clipper Corporation in various technical roles, including CAD Drafter and Apprenticeship Tool and Die. Matt holds a certification in Mold Design from The Technology and Manufacturing Association and an Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Morrison Institute of Technology.
