Caroline Thompson is a Senior Pursuit and Proposal Manager at PTAG, where they lead the proposal management process to align with business growth strategies, enhancing the quality and competitiveness of proposals. Previously, Caroline held various roles, including Marketing Manager at AECOM, where they led a team responsible for multi-million dollar proposals in the infrastructure sector. Caroline also founded and published KidAround™, earning recognition as Colchester’s Best New Business in 2001. With a strong educational foundation including a Bachelor's degree from McMaster University and ongoing studies at Henley Business School, Caroline is known for their strategic collaboration and project management skills.
