Alan Tran

Alan Tran, CFA, currently serves as the Director of Corporate Development at PTC, where responsibilities include overseeing mergers and acquisitions, with notable deals such as the $1.5 billion acquisition of ServiceMax and the $100 million acquisition of pure-systems. Prior to this role, Alan held various positions in corporate development at Charles River Laboratories, including Senior Manager and Analyst, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Associate at PwC in financial markets, as an Analyst at Fannie Mae handling non-performing loans and capital markets forecasting, and internships at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and Altarum Institute.
