Arnold Ozols is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technical support and operations within the technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Technical Support at PTC since 2003, Arnold oversees North American technical support for diverse segments such as IoT, PLM, CAD, and SLM, leading a team of over 200 engineers to enhance customer value from PTC solutions.
