Chandan Garg has over 14 years of experience in managing support operations and software development, currently serving as a Manager at PTC since November 2011. In this role, Chandan oversees 24X7 support operations for over 100 global customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) while leading a team of a dozen members.
