Chengjun (Carl) Qi has extensive experience in the technology and service sectors, with a strong focus on product lifecycle management (PLM) and professional services. At PTC from November 2003 to January 2012, Chengjun rose from PLM Consultant to Delivery Lead, ultimately serving as Global Service Senior Director, responsible for managing service delivery and providing PLM/SLM/SCM/ALM services to leading customers in China. Prior to that, at Triversity Canada Ltd., Chengjun worked as a Senior Software Engineer from November 2001 to October 2003, contributing to SAP projects. Additionally, from April 2015 to September 2017, Chengjun served as Vice President and Global Service China ISU Lead at 美国参数技术公司, overseeing service business development and delivery in China. Chengjun also held roles as Vice President of Professional Services for Greater China and as the APAC Lead for PTC Professional Services.
