Dan Vollmar has over 35 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and engineering, currently serving as Principal PLM Specialist for Retail, Footwear, and Apparel at PTC since November 1988. Vollmar's career at PTC includes roles such as Senior PLM Specialist, Engineering PLM Specialist for Federal Aerospace and Defense, and various engineering and management positions. Prior experience at Control Data Corporation involved supporting the sales team through product demonstrations and assisting major automotive manufacturers with crash code test analyses using multiple engineering software tools. Vollmar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University, earned in 1987.
