David Dwyer

David Dwyer serves as the Vice President of Cloud Service Management at PTC, leading the global Cloud Service Management team and defining the vision and strategy for the Cloud Customer Success journey since January 2017. Previously, David held multiple leadership roles at Nokia, including Vice President of Program Management & PMO for the Americas, overseeing program delivery and customer satisfaction for major clients such as AT&T and Verizon. David's extensive background in program management and operations spans various high-level positions, including Sr. Director roles and full P&L accountability for telecommunications business units. Education includes a degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and ongoing studies at Villanova University.
