David Kerr

David Kerr is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in API system design and implementation, particularly using NodeJS and various server frameworks. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at PTC since July 2022, David previously held roles as a Senior Software Developer at Shipyard Technology Ventures and as a Back End Developer at Radical I/O Technology Inc., where responsibilities included server setup on AWS and continuous integration with Jenkins. Early career experience includes working as a Solution Consultant at Guidewire Software, providing application configuration and integration support, as well as mentoring a student team during the Imagine Cup and assisting in laboratory settings at the National University of Ireland Maynooth. David holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science & Software Engineering from Maynooth University.
