Dragan Mirkovic has over a decade of experience in technical and service management roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as Manager of Service Management at PTC since March 2012, Dragan has advanced through various positions including Senior Technical Support Account Manager, Senior Technical Support Engineer, and Technical Support Engineer.
