Frank Arnoux

Frank Arnoux has extensive experience in technical support and project management, currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Account Manager and Senior PLM - MCAD Consultant at PTC since 1999. Arnoux has specialized in managing projects and providing consulting and training on Windchill, Creo Parametric, Creo Illustrate, and Creo View. Prior to PTC, Arnoux held the position of New Technologies Department Manager at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise for a brief period in early 1999, overseeing innovation projects. Arnoux began a career in project management and CAD management at Hager Group from 1994 to 1998, leading projects related to differential protection products and managing a team of technicians. Educational qualifications include an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Industrial Energy from INSA Strasbourg, a DEST in Mechanical Engineering from Université Louis Pasteur, and various technical diplomas in mechanical construction from distinguished institutions.
