Howard Rawding

Howard Rawding is a seasoned professional in training and enablement, currently serving as the Field Enablement Program Manager at PTC since January 2017. With a strong focus on enhancing sales performance through innovative training strategies, Howard has previous experience as the Director of Training at Savant Systems, where customer-centric learning solutions were developed, and as the Director of Operational Excellence in Sales Enablement at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where operational efficiencies in training programs were achieved. Prior roles include leadership positions at iRobot, where global training initiatives were managed, and various training and customer service roles at Monster Worldwide, Crowley Associates, and Vitts Networks. Howard holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Adult Education, Training & Performance Improvement from Capella University.
