Prior roles include Vice President - Asia Counsel at PTC, Legal Counsel at Bentley Systems, and Director of Business and Legal Affairs at IMAX Corporation. Jason’s expertise encompasses corporate governance, commercial transactions, international partnerships, and intellectual property, supported by a solid educational foundation consisting of a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Lewis & Clark Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Chinese Language and Literature from Trinity University.
