Joe Iannacone is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in cloud engineering and business development, currently serving as Vice President of Cloud Engineering at PTC since September 2013. Joe has held multiple leadership roles within PTC, focusing on cloud service strategies, operational transformation, and customer engagement, all aimed at enhancing the SaaS experience and ensuring client satisfaction. Prior to PTC, Joe co-founded NetIDEAS, Inc., where responsibilities included developing cloud and SaaS business strategies and engaging with government policies. Joe's earlier career includes roles at Lockheed Martin and GE, where qualifications in program management and product development were strengthened. Joe holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
