Josh Dixon

Josh Dixon is an Instructional Designer at PTC, where they design, build, test, deliver, and support technical enablement for PTC software. With over twenty-five years of experience, Josh has previously held instructional design roles at organizations such as IBM, the Canada Border Services Agency, and Cognos, focusing on creating effective training programs and certification exams. Josh earned a B.A. Honors in History and Political Science from Carleton University and an Applied Information Technology Diploma from the Information Technology Institute. Currently, Josh is federally incorporated and holds Level II (Secret) clearance from the Government of Canada.
