Leila Costa

Leila Costa is a sustainability accounting and innovation leader with vast experience in integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into business strategies. They currently serve as the Director of ESG Metrics and Reporting at PTC, following a role as an ESG Project Manager where they developed foundational strategies and enhanced ESG communications. Previously, Leila held positions such as Senior Sustainability Manager at Sodexo, where they implemented significant CSR strategies and partnerships, and contributed to various sustainability initiatives at organizations like Emory University, EcoLogic Solutions, and the Brooklyn Community Foundation. Leila holds a Master of Environmental Management from Yale School of the Environment and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Emory University.
