Mark Taylor

Mark Taylor, MBA, is currently a Customer Success Manager at PTC, where they focus on software implementation and customer value analysis. They have a strong background in manufacturing operations within the aviation and aerospace industry, previously serving as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at ACT Aerospace. Mark is a life-long learner with a Master of Business Administration from Southern Utah University, where they also contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member and Coordinator of International Student Engagement. They have been recognized as a thought leader and awarded the 2023 Midwest MVP for their contributions to customer success.
