Megan Henf

Megan Henf currently serves as Vice President of Digital Strategy & Transformation and Vice President of Business Strategy & Operations at PTC, having joined the company in January 2023 following its acquisition of ServiceMax, where Henf also held the title of Vice President of Business Strategy & Operations from January 2019 to January 2023. Prior to PTC, Henf was the Chief Information Officer at ServiceMax, leading critical IT and operational initiatives during the company's divestiture from GE. Henf’s experience in digital transformation and strategy includes a role as CIO of Commercial Digital Technology at GE Digital, which achieved $1 billion in annual software revenue within five years. Earlier career stages included several positions at GE, culminating in the role of Senior Audit Manager in Corporate Audit, supported by participation in a Digital Technology Leadership Program. Henf holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Notre Dame.
