Melissa Roy

Melissa Roy is an experienced talent development leader currently serving as the Director of Talent Development at PTC since October 2024, where the focus is on designing and executing strategic talent programs that enhance performance and leadership development. Prior to this role, Melissa was the Director of Global Learning and Development, Executive Development at Avantor, overseeing the enterprise learning strategy for over 14,000 employees worldwide from November 2021 to March 2024. Additionally, Melissa held the position of Director, Global Executive Development at Dell Technologies from January 2018 to January 2021, where responsibilities included developing global talent strategies for executives and driving cross-functional leadership programs. Melissa holds an MBA from Simmons University and a BA in English from UMass Boston.
