Michael Maples

Michael Maples is a seasoned technical architect with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Lead Technical Architect at PTC following its acquisition of ServiceMax, where responsibilities include overseeing client implementations and customizing solutions. Prior experience includes leading Salesforce call center implementations at Capgemini and building a CRM practice at Buan Consulting. Michael is also the owner of Red Maple Design, a custom furniture and remodeling company, and has held various roles in project management and consulting throughout his career, including positions at Zuora, Astadia, Ketchum, and Radiant Systems. Michael holds an MBA in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University and degrees in Marketing and Computer Science from Louisiana State University.
